At CRBN Pickleball, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your paddle or gear doesn't meet your expectations, we make the exchange or refund process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
